Where Can I Get My Package Delivered?
At this time, we ship only to addresses within the United States, Canada, Western Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. If you are not sure if we ship to your country, please try and enter your billing and shipping information upon checkout. If there is a shipping option available, then we do indeed ship to your country.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: PLEASE NOTE
Shipping fees do not include any international duties, customs or import fees or taxes. Any and all extra charges due the above are solely the customer's responsibility. If you want a better understanding of the charges that might be assessed, please contact the customs office in the your country for information about additional fees. Also, orders shipped internationally may be charged additional shipping, insurance and handling fees based on destination, size and weight. Customers will be emailed prior to any additional shipping charges billed. Carrier restrictions may prevent selected items from being deliverable to all international destinations.

When Will My Package Arrive?
Most in-stock orders will ship within 3-5 business days. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.) We offer three shipping options for delivery within the U.S.: Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. International orders, including those shipped to Canada, can sometimes take as long as 3 weeks for delivery, but usually arrive within 10 days. Please keep in mind that shipping times below are in addition to the 3-5 business days that it takes us to process an order:

Ground 5-7 business days
2nd Day Air 2-3 business days
Next Day Air 1-2 business days

You will be notified promptly by email of any delays in shipping. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together (due to size and weight), and may be received separately.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, we will use our discretion in choosing how your package is shipped.

What Are The Shipping Charges?
We use real-time shipping at shoplulublue.com. What that means is that you choose your shipping method (ground, 2nd day, or next day), enter your zip code, and then...voila...your charges appear. Charges are based on the distance the package needs to travel, and on the total weight of your package. Look for special shipping discounts on orders totaling less than $10, and on orders that consist only of jewelry.
