Return Policy
At Lulu Blue, we search really hard to find great products that we love and we want you to love our products too! If for some reason you are not satisfied, you can send the item back to us in its original condition, within 30 days from the invoice date, and we'll be happy to make an exchange or issue a refund. (Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.)
When we receive the item, we will issue a refund to the credit card used for purchase. Please be aware that sometimes it takes 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
If you would like to return or exchange an item, simply follow the instructions below:
1) Send an email to returns@shoplulublue.com to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number. No returns will be accepted without an RA number.
2) Repack the item securely in its original packaging along with the packing slip.
3) Make sure you include your RA number in the following address, and mail the item back to us:

Using an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) for your return is recommended, as is insuring the item for its full value. Keeping all postal and insurance receipts will protect you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit. We do not accept COD returns.
Returns Of Defective or Damaged Merchandise (Yes, sometimes it happens...)
If for some reason you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not the product that you ordered, please do the following:
1) Save the box and all of the original packing materials
2) Send an email to returns@shoplulublue.com right away, or call us at (1-415-388-5907). We'll tell you how to ship the product back to us (shipping is on us), and we'll arrange to ship you a replacement (at no cost to you) immediately.
